the location was central. it was near placa catalunya bus stops. la bouqueria was also close. the staff was helpful. housekeeping was excellent. it was nice that the rooms were clean and tidy.

The location is very convenient. It is close to La Rambla. Breakfast has many options.
The room was quite small (smaller than I expected). The bed wasn't very comfortable either. I requested an iron and ironing board, but I got a tiny tabletop ironing board, and there was no real table to set it up. It tripped the power immediately.

The hotel had a very central location. It made exploring the area easy. The breakfast selection offered a nice variety. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
The street noise was quite noticeable. It did make it hard to sleep well at times. The internet connection was not reliable. It was frustrating when I needed to work. The room felt small, and closet space was limited.

The staff helped book a taxi to the airport. They cleaned the room everyday offering very good service. I returned to find they had even folded my kids clothes. The location proved excellent.
The basic room felt too SMALL. The blanket was not comfortable. I found only a thin cover sheet. I had to put the bath towel on top for weight.
